The available seats are limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
It is compulsory to provide correct details of Parents/Guardian.
Any change of contact details should be notified in writing to the office within 10 days.
A mobile phone/I-pod is not allowed in the class. If at all a student carries a mobile phone in the class, then it should be kept switched off. The Institute is not responsible for any loss/theft of any personal belongings in the Institute.
A student, who is late by more than 10 minutes for classes/tests, will not be allowed to enter the classroom.
TechnoStruct Academy reserves its right to make any alteration in its programs/venue /timing and days of classes without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the Director will be final & binding on the students & the parents.
If the teachers feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the Institute, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, the student may be expelled from the Institute. The decision of the Academy-Head in this regard will be final and binding on the student/parent. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
After depositing money towards registration, if a student due to any reason whatsoever wants to take his/her money back after enrollment, before commencement of classes, the Institute will not refund or adjust the money deposited towards the Registration fee/Admission fee.
In case of misbehavior on part of student/ parent/guardian with any staff member of the TechnoStruct Academy, the student can be rusticated from the Institute. The decision of the Academy-Head in this regard will be final and binding on the student/parent. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
In case of any dispute, the decision of the Managing Director, TechnoStruct Academy is final and binding on all students & business associates.
If the student is not attending classes, then the backup classes will not be given. He/She may rejoin again when another batch will be on that topic.
