REFUND POLICY (LIVE VIRTUAL CLASSES)
It is agreed between Technostruct Academy and students that Technostruct Academy reserves the right to cancel/postpone the training due to reasons beyond its control:

All fees will be refunded except the Processing fee till the 5th virtual Class. After 5th Virtual Class, there will be no refund at all. |
- For any reason, Technostruct Academy reserves the right not to provide any particular course, curriculum or facility, to make variations to the content or method of delivery of courses, to discontinue courses and to merge or combine courses if such action is reasonably considered to be necessary by Technostruct Academy. If Technostruct Academy discontinues any course, refund of fees will be subject to provisions made above.
- If any of the students missed any classes, the student has an option to attend the missed classes/syllabus in the fresh/upcoming batches.
- Processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, except the following:-
- The batch has been cancelled by Technostruct Academy.
- The batch has been postponed by more than 4 weeks.
- Students are required to direct all refund requests towards to the Coordinating team at Technostruct Academy who will evaluate the case and action them accordingly.
- Mode of payment of refund will be through our payment gateway service provider (CCAvenue) only.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 90 working days.
