Parth brings over 12 years of construction industry experience. He started as a Field Engineer and then became the Technical BIM Head. With adept proficiency in healthcare projects, Parth has successfully managed various BIM Infrastructure and Commercial projects both on and off-site. He is an expert in providing E&C services like BIM modeling, lead coordination meetings, integration (3D visualization, 4D sequencing), documentation (pre-bid, construction documentation, shop drawings, as-builds, schedules & BOQs), and software atomization programing, among others. He had been proving his stronghold on technical skills by leading a team of modelers till he moved on to leading technical marketing for TechnoStruct. He has been successfully utilizing his mixed blend of technical and business development skills to lead the inflow of business and outflow of project deliveries. He holds an M.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management from Purdue University, West Lafayette.
